Unless and until the UK or the US suffer the consequences of attacking Russia they are going to continue doing so because their is no reason not to Now deterrence theory says the West should hold back on this unfortunately the West believes itself invulnerable so its back to the original problem

If Iran would follow the lead of Yemen and close the Straits of Hormuz to ships which are headed to countries which comply with NATO sanctions against Iran, it would be far more effective than missile strikes.

It appears that the collective west is making war their primary modus operandi. War is very expensive, especially the technology of today. I am not sure how they will continue to fund wars all over the globe. Perhaps they are hoping for a miracle. Looking at Ukraine, a miracle is definitely needed. Several American companies are counting on a miracle. They have invested heavily in Ukraine, for promoting democracy of course. Regardless, money doesn’t grow on trees, though many in the west apparently don’t realize this fact. We shall see what happens if we are still alive to see. 😉🤣

The technology of today seems to be making war CHEAPER. A lot of these simpler drones apparently cost $10K, even with explosives on them. And one of these suckers will go and take out an Abrams tank. Or perhaps that is one of the more costly drone types. Like say $50K. Ha ha--either way it is peanuts. Good bye $50m tank, or whatever an Abrams costs. No doubt the MIC charges an outrageous price for one.

And the USN just got defeated by the Houthis, again with relatively cheap drones and missiles. The navy fires of $500K or even more expensive missiles in attempting to kill a stupid drone. Do the math.

I have not yet read Martyanov's The (Real) Revolution in Military Affairs, but I expect this is a big part of the story he covers.

If anything, these cheap weapons my break the bank and the abilities of the Empire, and perhaps eventually there will be less war, because no one will be able to dominate. The new is an EQUALIZER.

But this is stuff is way above my pay grade.

Oh, and as for money growing on trees, you are correct it does not.

It is gotten by seizing Russian assets. Expect Blackrock and the other vultures to get their paws on the stolen Russian $300B.
