As such, it is long overdue that other nations start expropriating and seizing American assets around the world.
Interesting how Netanyahu is given immediate access to plead his case on any major American media outlet where he is served up only softball questions whose answers are never rebutted with follow-up questions. Whereas the other side is offered no opportunity to either support the case against Netanyahu or argue against the proposed Hamas indictments.
What they are doing is called "conversion" in the common law. It is exercising control over another's property in such a way that only the owner should be able to do and against the owner's wishes. In civil law, you can be awarded the entire value of the thing converted (i.e., the entire amount, not just the interest).
