i saw one commentary on youtube about American nukes. The person that wrote it said that he has come to the conclusion that the US is not capable of using them. His point was that with the inability of the US to maintain its infrastructure with bridge collapes, train derailments, bad infrastructure due to lack of proper maintenance he suspects that this also afflicts the nuclear weapons the US has and that many may fail on launch or on the way to their targets due to malfunctions as a result of bad maintenance.
