The U.S. is a significant producer and exporter of both crude oil and natural gas. In 2023, the U.S. exported more crude oil and petroleum products than it imported, making it a net exporter. Specifically, the U.S. exported roughly 10.15 million barrels per day of petroleum and petroleum products, while importing about 8.53 million barrels per day. This resulted in a net export of approximately 1.64 million barrels per day. Peak Oil is also a thing. EROEI is a thing. DJT is hot air, good for floating balloons.
